Fall Favorites 🍂

Growing up, I wasn’t the biggest fan of Fall. Being from Pennsylvania, Fall meant the end of warm weather (summer was always my favorite) for practically the next 8 months!

However, ever since I moved south, I’ve absolutely been leaning into Fall! While I’m still getting the hang of what to wear for “warm fall,” I love the gradual season change (in comparison to home) instead of more abruptly.

I love challenging myself to try and incorporate different elements of a “coastal fall” into my apartment as well (I swear it’s an art form on Pinterest). Cozy candles (and my tried-and-true candle warmer I’m very much obsessed with), warm decorations, rewatching some Halloween movies from childhood, and most recently, trying different pumpkin flavored treats (within my allergen wheelhouse of course lol).

One thing I love about Charleston is how much the city loves Fall too. I love driving around and seeing all the decor up, or hearing about the season’s festivals, community events, and movie nights.

While I’m not thrilled in the slightest about it getting darker earlier, this time of year always helps me slow down and enjoy the coziness of the season, no matter where I am.
